TraceHarbor / AI recovery-readiness agency
Wrong AI writes.
A recovery plan worth testing.
An engineer-led assessment and controlled drill for one AI workflow that updates HubSpot. Identify changes, protect legitimate edits, and test a reviewed correction plan against your existing tools.
Seeking paid design partners. Service in development; capabilities and timelines confirmed in scope.
The question behind every drill
Can you correct the wrong change
without undoing the right one?
Our commitments
Evidence before claims.

01 / The approach · Planned delivery
Fixing memory is not the same as fixing your CRM.
An incorrect entitlement can remain after an agent’s memory is corrected. Meanwhile, people may have made changes you need to keep. We investigate the boundary between agent behavior and business records.
Start narrow. Make the evidence useful.
One tenant, one runtime, HubSpot company records, and approximately two to five agreed fields. No universal rollback or autonomous production repair.
Establish what you can know
Review authorized evidence, retention, owners, and your current recovery process. Deliver a coverage scorecard, documented gaps, and a go/no-go recommendation.
Run a controlled comparison
Use an isolated synthetic scenario and independently defined expected results. Compare findings and total review effort with your native restore, tracing, backup, or integrator process.
Prepare corrections for human review
Show current and authoritative target values, evidence, later edits, and conflicts. Your administrator retains approval and execution authority; unsupported changes stay blocked.
Verify, then test again
Independently read back agreed fields and invariants. Deliver reusable regression cases and a versioned report separating confirmed results, safely blocked actions, and unresolved cases.
Synthetic demo storyboard / Planned, not a live integration
A wrong entitlement. A later human edit. Two different decisions.
A test agent retrieves stale support-policy memory and changes a synthetic company’s entitlement. A person later updates its account owner. The proposed drill checks the entitlement against a separate approved ledger while preserving the owner change.
Illustrative scenario only. Not a customer result or demonstrated performance.
What a scoped engagement needs
- A write-enabled workflow and accountable system owner.
- Authorized evidence or feasible prospective instrumentation.
- An administrator and an authoritative business-truth source.
- Isolated test access and an unresolved need beyond existing tools.
Integrations remain blocked until scope, permissions, and engineering tests are confirmed. Field reversal does not undo every downstream consequence.
Native restore is a serious baseline, not something to replace by default. If your current tools solve the problem economically, that is a valid finding. [E04] HubSpot restoration · [E05] Property history
02 / Engagements
A bounded scope. A clear decision.
Proposed pricing hypotheses, not validated prices or binding quotes. Final fees depend on evidence, configuration, and agreed acceptance tests. No guaranteed recovery.
Assessment
Proposed starting engagement
One workflow and a small field set. Evidence scorecard, current-tool review, gaps, drill estimate, and go/no-go.
$3,000–$5,000
Instrumented drill
Planned · subject to engineering scope
One recorder path, isolated synthetic scenario, baseline comparison, reviewed correction package, independent read-back, and regression cases.
$7,500–$12,500
Ongoing assurance
Planned · only after repeatability
One workflow with monthly coverage reporting, one drill and one bounded configuration review per quarter. No rollover or unlimited emergency support.
$1,500–$3,000 / month
03 / Start a conversation
Bring one workflow.
And one unanswered recovery question.
We’re seeking U.S. AI agencies, agent vendors, and software teams with a specific HubSpot recovery requirement. Start with fit, evidence needs, and a bounded paid comparison—not a platform commitment.
Discuss a scoped recovery drillShare contact information and high-level workflow details only. Do not send credentials, customer records, or operational evidence through public forms.
Accountability, by design
Miguel Torres leads discovery and commercial coordination. Planned delivery assigns architecture and tests to a senior integration engineer, findings to an independent reviewer, and correction execution to your administrator.
TraceHarbor is pre-revenue and in validation. No customer results, production benchmarks, or certifications are claimed. Real-data work requires agreed access, security, retention, and deletion terms.
